For 30 minute training sessions, an initial 30 minute meeting is required for new clients. This is considered your first session. The purpose of the initial meeting is to determine any previous or current injuries, any physical limitations and to thoroughly discuss any and all goals. Obtaining this information is a critical part to writing the personalized program for the client.
